Responsibilities:
- Install residential electrical systems, equipment, and components according to company standards and local electrical codes.
- Perform electrical rough-in and finish work for remodels, additions, and new residential projects.
- Install and connect electrical panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, EV chargers, and other electrical equipment.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
