What You Will Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical training preferred
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
