What You Will Do:

• Provides direct leadership and oversight to plumbing install jobs.
• Completes and maintains all certifications for operating special and heavy equipment.
• Knowledgeable of pipe bursting techniques, and open trench plumbing repair.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
• Is aware of and follows all current company and OSHA jobs site safety procedures.
• Provides quality control and quality assurance for sewer and drain repair jobs.
• Ensures every customer is 100% satisfied with repair.
• Prepares for jobs by reviewing Statement of Work, and ensure required material and equipment is on hand for job.
• Oversees maintenance of all equipment utilized by team.
• Ensures closeout packages are prepared and uploaded for every job.
• Ensures invoices are collected for every job.
• Provides subject matter expertise to crew as needed.
• Makes recommendations to leadership team for process improvements

What YOU will bring:

• 1+ year of Residential Plumbing Install Experience
• Flexible availability
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of computer processes

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).

· Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.

· Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).

· Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.

· Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
