Shifts Available: 7:00–4:00, 7:30–4:30, 8:30–5:30 (rotating)

What You’ll Do:

As a Dispatcher, you play a critical role in ensuring our technicians are set up for success and our customers receive timely, top-tier service. You’ll manage the daily schedule, assign jobs based on skill and priority, and keep communication flowing between the office, field, and customers.

• Assign jobs to technicians based on availability and skill level

• Communicate job status and updates with customers throughout the day

• Relay special instructions or requirements to technicians

• Monitor the dispatch board and resolve scheduling issues quickly

• Encourage technicians to maximize every customer interaction

• Review job information before dispatching to ensure accuracy

• Assign parts installs and confirm availability

• Stay on top of scheduling logistics, job notes, and customer preferences

• Document customer communication and ensure proper follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch or customer service, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to stay organized and calm in a high-paced setting

• Proactive problem-solving and customer-first mindset

• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Tech-savvy with solid computer skills
