Warehouse Assistant

KB Complete is seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Assistant/Driver to support our warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites. This role is essential to keeping our field technicians fully equipped and our jobs running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming orders, conduct inventory counts, and complete all associated paperwork.

• Pick and organize material orders for upcoming jobs.

• Deliver materials to technicians on job sites in a timely and professional manner.

• Restock technician vehicles with necessary supplies.

• Operate a forklift to safely move materials within the warehouse.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and general upkeep.

• Manage tool inventory; check tools in and out to field staff as needed.

• Follow safety protocols and assist with maintaining a safe warehouse environment.

• Report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse, delivery, or inventory experience is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Ability to obtain or maintain a DOT Card.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically active role.

• Forklift experience preferred (training available if needed).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
