Responsibilities:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications
• Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina

Qualifications:

• HVAC degree or equivalent HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
