What You'll Do:
- Assist Lead HVAC Installers with the installation of air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) for residential customers.
- Support with preparation and loading of tools, equipment, and materials for each job.
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Assist with testing and inspecting HVAC systems after installation to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure safety for you, your team, and our customers.
- Learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in HVAC installation.
What You Need:
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (previous experience is a plus, but not required).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and performing physical tasks.
- Clean driving record.
